a letter from the editor

hello! it's been an interesting time since we last met. some of you may be covered by winter's downy coat; others, especially our friends down south, may be blanketed in ash. this holiday season looks different for everyone, but one thing's for sure: whether you're home or away, we've got the perfect gift for you with the 26 poems and stories in perhappened mag issue 7: SNOWFALL! but before you unwrap them...

if you have the means, we encourage you to make the holidays better for queer, trans, and other LGBTQ+ youth through donating to
transanta! we also encourage you to give directly to mutual aid efforts and personal funds, especially for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and homeless or underhoused individuals in your local community and beyond. here is a list of Black trans/queerfemme support funds. the spirit of the holidays is love, after all! let's come together to make the season bright.

happy holidays and happy new year from perhappened mag!
